For 15+ years that has meant enterprise platforms running 120+ shipping terminals worldwide, payment systems moving $24M a year, and self-service kiosks serving 1.7M annual visitors at the Space Needle. All told, tools I've designed are used by more than 5 million people.

I work across digital systems, physical environments, and operational workflows because most problems do not live in a single layer. They live in the gaps between them. I lead design teams, and I still ship.
